Most men in the west feel that something is wrong but they can not tell why they feel that way. The purpose of this text is to expose these 10 rather “secret” reasons to you so that you can help yourself with the help of this article.
For example, marriage usually ends in divorce because women nowadays like to pull the “not happy” card and then file for divorce because their vaginas tingle and they rather have sex with that guy from work.
Well, that is not everything because prenup or not, ex-wives will take a lot of the property, maybe the other half of the “house”, the “car” and if she is really cold blooded also the children + dog or cat.
What I want to say is that feminism is responsible for that. Without feminism, we wouldn’t have “equal rights” and that ex-wife would be unable to touch the property because she was cheating…
Anyway, I will write more about that point below and start with the top 10 reasons why men are depressed and how you can cure your own depression. This is not a full guide on how to deal with depression as a man in general – but how to deal with these top 10 reasons.

Feminism has led the west to a divorce rate of 50% initiated 70% by women and it has brainwashed almost everyone on this planet to think that women are weak and innocent.
Women can use weapons and they are certainly not innocent (prostitution, cheating, stealing and daily manipulation come to my mind). Feminism is now deeply ingrained into brain cells around the world.
Some of the effects are that men will react with their brainwashed mind to “rescue” a woman in distress aka almost every man will play captain save-a-hoe without knowing what’s up (maybe she stole his money?).
They do that because society aka Feminism told them to rescue any women whatever just happened.
Look at how this girl just punched this man and he just slapped her back and all the “white knights” (a term to describe men that attack the “assaulting man” with the hope to get sex as a reward or to feel good or to assault someone without consequences etc.) immediately come to attack him.
But this is not even the worst case of white knight-ism. When you got white knight judges or women taking care of your case you can say goodbye to your existence because they will destroy everything that you had.
Your reputation, your health, your marriage, your children, your job, your social circle and your family will think of you as some piece of shit rapist, sexist or whatever label they use to describe people they disagree with.
And trust me, they will call you guilty (even without evidence)… It happened to me. I got 40 hours of community work because I had sex with a girl that she regretted later, she just told the police that I raped her but she had no evidence so I was guilty of “assaulting her”.
I fell into a deep depression and I didn’t touch girls for 3 years because I was traumatized (that is the power of Feminism). I was afraid of women and I avoided them like gunshots.
Feminism created a war between the sexes, and there are far worse cases than mine. There are men that have lost their children, their home, their job and so many other things because of Feminism…maybe even you?… sometimes these men give up and put a gun to their head and pull the trigger.
What you can do about it: Always wear a condom, have high standards, stop believing the Hollywood “she is the one” lie, stop believing that women are innocent, don’t be a white knight, and never marry a woman (not even with a prenup).
Half of the property and hopefully not the children will now belong to the ex-wife and there is nothing we can do about that. Because in society’s eyes women are always the victim and they are always right.
A prenup is useless and if you think that you are safe with it then you are a bloody damn fool.
The couple signs a contract with the government and when she is tired of the man, she will just divorce him and she will take a lot of his stuff with the help of the law.
Before you decide to divorce your wife you should get a good lawyer, hide your money somewhere where she will not expect it, make peace with the thought that you will have to pay for your children and not be allowed to see them + mentally prepare that you will lose a lot of your belongings.
Divorce a bad wife when you are prepared for it, and then never think of marriage again. You don’t need to marry a woman to show her that you love her. Marriage is financial safety and living out that stupid childhood dream that still lingers in their brains, it’s not about love (they will never admit that).
And from the government’s side, you are just a disposable taxpayer that just puts more money into a woman’s pocket (that is very emotional by nature) which means that women will spend your money on useless things (if you allow that), (more tax money for daddy government).
What you can do about it: Never get married, get a good lawyer, store a lot of money where she will not find it (and the government has no access too), make peace with the thought that you will lose your children (and pay for them), and that you will lose a lot of your belongings.
3. Feminized Music
She is loyal, she will never cheat, you will give her everything, life sucks, you are a disposable, only party and fun matters, cheating and having multiple sex relationships is a must have, etc.
While this point does not have that much of an impact, I want you to think about this: how often did you think about listening to such music while you are/were depressed? Music influences our thoughts.
What do you think happens to you when you repeatedly hear the sentence “I will give up everything to rescue her” in your favorite song when you don’t even think about it?
You will absorb it, especially when you see those music videos for it. Women kissing all the half naked men around her while the guys pedestalize her like some kind of greek goddess. You will become a submissive brainwashed man that is thinking that treating women like goddesses will make them love you.
And suddenly you have become the white knight that dries up every vagina in a radius of 3 miles.
You will become a low testosterone men because you stopped improving yourself on a daily basis because instead you just go outside to talk to women you want to have sex with (if you even have the balls to do that but even if you do – it still does not work because you have become a feminized low-quality man).
Why does a drug dealer fuck more women than you? Because he is masculine, does not put women on a pedestal, he got strong boundaries, enforces consequences and knows how to talk with people.
You don’t because you have become a white knight manipulator that gave up himself just to stick your penis into a wet hole. (I know it sucks to hear that, but aren’t you really pissed off by all the beautiful lies that stop you from progressing?)… I wish I had someone that told me these things back then.
And not this “just be yourself, buy her flowers and gifts, be confident, be nice” bullshit.
People will lose their respect for you (if they ever had any) and you will start to cry and to pity yourself why this world is so unfair at which point even men will lose respect for you because you are weak and negative. No one wants to hang out with you because you don’t even know how to enjoy yourself (you need women to feel good, remember?). (You must feel like shit now – don’t forget that pain makes you stronger).
What you can do about it: Listen to HipHop or everything without lyrics. HipHop is good because it speaks a lot of truth and it is very masculine. Yes, it is sexist and violent – but that is nature. Men and Women are not equal, not even physically. The only thing that makes men and women equal is that they belong to the human race, nothing else.
4. You Don’t Accept Your Shortcomings
According to the Cornell University, about 12,6% of all people in the USA suffer from disabilities. Then you also have people that simply have “bad genetics”. You are not the only one with such problems (if you have these “problems”).
Movies, Magazines, Posters, Music videos, and basically all kinds of media always show us the perfect human beings. Usually attractive men and women with perfect genetics (especially in music videos and movies).
Guys are always super ripped in movies (thanks to steroids), women will have breast implants, photoshop will make everyone look like a top model, etc.
You rarely see people in wheelchairs, very short men, men with Parkinson’s, or other kinds of incurable illnesses. Sure it ain’t great to have those shortcomings but they are real! It is not normal to put silicone implants into your body or to walk around like a perfectly edited photoshop version of yourself.
School didn’t teach me how to accept my shortcomings. You have to learn that by yourself. Tip: You should change what you can change about your shortcomings and then forget about them!
For example, if you are a really short man you should start lifting, dress like a boss and stop feeling insecure because of your height.
If you have done all of that you must learn to accept & forget your height because there is nothing more you can do about it. I have wasted 7 years of my life trying to find a way to cure my essential tremor and back then this was the reason for my 12-year long depression…
What you can do about it: Do what you can do to lessen the effect of your shortcomings and then accept & forget your shortcomings and refocus on your life again.
5. You Have No Purpose
Men need to leave a mark on the world. Without purpose, you act unguided. You are like a leaf in the wind, just flying around. This is also the reason why depressed men just lay inside their bed – because they have nothing that is worth fighting for.
Some celebrities were homeless before they made their first million. And they were able to get those millions because they were tired of the street life and wanted to experience the good life instead.
That was their purpose: To work so hard every goddamn motherfucking day that they can live the good life instead of that dirty and degrading street life.
They cried, they stank, they had no money, no home, no one that cared about them and they had to beg for some food – and they still made their first million! Silvester Stallone sold his dog for food! (He bought him back later) after he got his first payment for the script that he wrote… “ROCKY”
That is the power purpose. You can be divorced with your kids, dog, and home stolen from you and you will still be willing to go the distance. Silvester Stallone knows the hardships of life and you hear that perfectly when he tells his son “Let me tell you something you already know…”.
What you can do about it: Start chasing your dreams. If a homeless man with no internet access can do it, then you can do it too. Don’t know what to do? Get rich doing what you are best at:
Are you good at programming? Write a software that everyone will be glad to use. Are you the best martial artist in your gym? Make your pro debut. Don’t you have any skills except sleeping? Now is the best time to try something that you always wanted to try.
And don’t listen to that do what you love crap. Or did you like programming or martial arts at first? No, you loved it the better you got with it. You have to master your skill whatever it is to make money from it. 6. Making Profits for Others
We need people that make profits for others because otherwise, companies would not be successful without their worker bees. But which man truly wants to work below what he is worth?
If that is you then you can skip this point. If you are a man that hates to make profits for other people then it is just logical that you suffer from depression.
Everyone can create a business nowadays and there is a lot of money to be made on the internet. Just look outside. Local stores and shops are closing and people are glued to their smartphones, tablets, televisions, and computers.
They do not visit the gym or have hobbies like the 1% do (top earners & most skilled people on this planet). All they do after work is watching Netflix and eating fast-food.
Everyone can start an internet based business. I paid 300€ for 2 years of hosting with a branding package, a good website + several plugins. The risk to lose a lot of money like when you open a local store does not exist when you open an online business.
But that does not mean that it is easy to make money on the internet. You will still have to work 60-80 hours per week to make some serious buck. If you are willing to do this for 5 years you will become rich (you will make at least 100.000k per year, and that is a lot).
Working for yourself fulfills you. It is better than knowing that you are in the human zoo imprisoned by your own will. Your co-workers and boss will not give the slightest fuck if you are gone tomorrow. In the words of my old boss “everyone is replaceable”.
What you can do about it: Start an internet based business (around $200-300 are required for 2 years) and work your ass off for 60-80 hours per week for 5 years to get rich. And if you are not rich that till then it is okay because… from now on… you can work from anywhere you want for a lot of money without a boss.
7. You Rely on Others for Your Own Happiness
This is what you do by default. You do this because society tells you that you need:
- A girlfriend to be happy
- A car to be happy
- A big house to be happy
- A smartphone to be happy
- Children to be happy
- Marriage to be happy
- Vacation to be happy
Let’s see what they really do for you. Your wife will divorce you (50% and higher chance). Your car will make you lazy and fat. A big house will just cost you a lot of money. A smartphone will just cost you a lot of money and make you addicted if you don’t control it.
Vacation is just once or twice per year (that is nothing for working like a slave 300 days per year). Children will just annoy the fuck out of you till they are 18 and you will have to pay for them your whole life. That seems normal for people but these are actually legit reasons for a long depressive time.
Let’s see if we reverse this. You are selfish and care for yourself so everyone respects you. You walk by foot and use your nice BMW for vacations because you got the money. As a result, you are lean and mean. I know, I am not a nice guy or family man.
You do not need a big house but you can definitely afford one because you do not allow your girlfriend or wife to empty your wallet. And you can take a vacation whenever you want because you are self-employed.
That sounds much better right? And it is absolutely doable if you put yourself in the pole position of your priority list.
What you can do about it: Learn to live alone, become selfish and care about yourself first (how can you help others if you are depressed anyway?), and always improve yourself on a daily basis (the better you get the more you will rely on yourself instead of others to make yourself happy).
8. You Make No Time for Yourself
Well, we talked about it…you make everyone except yourself happy, and I advise you to be a selfish man.
So you worked or work for someone else. Then you come home to a wife that just came out of her job to your annoying children because their mother has no time to teach them real manners…
Your wife is nagging around and your children are annoying and you get no sex because you always care about others instead of yourself (which leads to almost no boundaries and no consequences for crossing those).
I recommend creating a family when you are self-employed and have lots of money. Make yourself some time to follow your goals and hobbies. Taking time for yourself is a key to get rid of depression. No excuses.
If you are a married man or don’t have a girlfriend then you have plenty of time to improve yourself, signing up for a gym is no option.
Creating a business is no option. You are single and you should be thankful for that because you have almost no responsibilities that demand your sacrifice with no gain (marriage, children, working for others).
What you can do about it: Tell your wife to take care of the children because you are going to the gym, tell her that she can take care of herself and the house and the children. If you are single you must sign up at a gym (preferably a hardcore gym) and build your own business. No excuses.
9. Using the Car
Too many people are guilty of this, especially women. They will drive 10 meters to visit their friends. Basically, everyone with a job is guilty of this. People do not move anymore. They are too comfortable. We need to move. Especially we as men need to move but that is not enough.
Men need to fight. Not only mentally but also physically. Without moving our feet we become fat and depressed. Weak and ugly. We will not build a strong character and an understanding of the world either.
If you are muscular people will respect you. You will feel energetic. Women are attracted to you because you are confident and strong (women saying they are disgusted by muscles are insecure about their bodies).
Also, you will get better service in every shop. Women are more friendly to you. People will make place for you. But to fully experience this you need to be buff. It is a status symbol and people know you do not get muscles just by sitting on your ass all day long.
Be muscular and be better than people. A weak mind resides in a weak body. A strong mind resides in a strong body.
What you can do about it: Some distances are just too long to go by foot… but not when you have to buy groceries or go to the gym. Walk as much per foot as possible to become a lean and mean machine.
10. A Bad Diet
When you are fat or brutally skinny other people will look down on you and let’s be honest you are feeling like shit in your body. Women avoid you, you lack energy, people laugh at you, you get bad service, etc…
Eat the right things and your testosterone levels will dramatically increase over time and make you feel like the king of the hill. Eat a lot of meat to increase muscle growth and eat a lot of broccoli to reduce your estrogen levels.
Also, avoid sugar because it will make you slow and fat over time. It may give you an energy boost first but that will fade quickly.
You do not need to eat much vegetables or fruits as they say in commercials all over the media. They promote a feminine diet. If you stick to that healthy spiritual hippy diet as a man you are willingly weakening yourself.
Eat much and lift much and you will become friends with the bulldozer next to your house. Therapists don’t even mention this totally obvious point.
What you can do about it: Eat the following foods 4 times per day for 14 days and tell me what happened to your body: 1 1/2 Steak per meal with 50grams of (pre-cooking weight) green vegetables and 30g of rice (also pre-cooking weight).
I Don’t Want to Hurt You
I don’t say all these things to hurt you – the truth is doing that. I tell you these things because they are required to grow as a man (and to get away from your depressed life). If you don’t change anything and just depend on your SSRI medication for happiness then you will regret your whole life when it ends.
