Therapy and Depression Medication – Intro
I just had a realization, every time I hear depressed people talking about therapy and depression medication they always say the same thing: “It helps“. That is not an argument. Is that your experience too?
Well, maybe they have something they are uncomfortable to talk about and they rather want to stay anonymous. But even for that reason, there is a better place to go to…the internet with thousands of people talking about therapy while staying anonymous.
I will as usual go against the mainstream opinion and present you the 10 reasons why therapy and depression medication are a waste of time and also why they are dangerous!
This article is going to be harsher than my usual articles because I will tell the unfiltered truth. It is possible that you will get hurt reading this. Please know that it is not my intention to hurt you – but to tell you the truth.
After you are done reading the 10 reasons you must read this article to know what really helps against depression (for men only).
You will save time, money and you will stop being a test-subject for big pharma. That is the purpose of this article – to help you become a better man, my friend. So many families and men were and are getting ruined because they get caught in big pharma’s spider webs.
Yes, therapists and psychologists belong to big pharma and you know why? They promote their products and they have no clue about depression or other mental illnesses. Sometimes they refuse to promote big pharma’s products – and these people rarely make it financially…
Reading a book and studying mental illnesses makes you a wannabe expert – like that overweight guy sitting on his couch judging every move of a professional boxer even when he was never a boxer himself.
I am done with that and sometimes I am really angry when I see an old friend through the windows of a psychiatry that is on my way to the gym… he believes that it will help him… maybe you believe it too?…
His condition will get worse till he believes that he is broken beyond repair and that he will never live a normal life again (even with depression medication).
If you are caught in that trap too then I am glad that you reading this right now because this article will really help you without stealing your money and without playing you for a sucker.
Here are the 10 reasons why therapy and depression medication are dangerous.
1. Therapists Don’t Care About You
Most therapists just found psychology “interesting” or they just do it for the money, and that makes sense because society depresses people and it will not stop doing so as long as:
Corrupt and greedy people are in power position and as long as feminism and political correctness destroy families and relationships nothing will change. It is a goldmine and big pharma started to dig and harvest that gold a long time ago.
They don’t even offer you real solutions to your problems after you have tried to get through the queue of each therapist. One told me to better work for a corporation to earn my own “snickers”…. to feel better… lol.
Working in the corporate world was one of the reasons why I became depressed again and it’s the reason why I have started to work as a freelancing translator and to tell people the truth about depression on this blog and to help them overcome it.
I had 5 therapists and I always told them my story but they didn’t even tell me the goddamn basics like “what does your diet look like, do you do sports? Do you like your job?” really the fundamental questions before you can even start to address the real issue!
They always started to talk about my main problem that I had back then which was my breakup and my essential tremor. They told me to simply “get over it” and to ask other doctors for help… like I didn’t already do that.
I was there so they could tell me how I can get rid of my depression – they told me to work – to have fun once per week – to stop video games and get friends. They made me so fucking mad… sigh. And I bet you are mad too. And it always took ages to get a place!
I cured my 12 years long depression by myself and here is how I did that. Unlike them, I will always have a place for you…
Compared to many others I care a lot about everyone who contacts me because I know how fucked up this whole thing with depression and big pharma is. I know how it is to be at the bottom and how it is to try to kill yourself.
It is my purpose to help depressed men because depression is the worst thing I have ever experienced in my life and I don’t want anyone else to experience it too. Now you can say that everyone experiences it at some point and that is true.
The difference is that I had depression for 12 years and that I found the key to living my life to the fullest. That key is masculinity.
It was taken away from me by schools (feminism and lack of male role models), political correctness and other people who shamed me for a different opinion till I stopped expressing myself – that was my mental death.
Till I dealt with it by myself – I became my own father – I learned to live alone and to be myself. I will never try to please others again to like me (not even hot Asian women). My way or the highway.
2. Stationary Therapy Is Useless
If you can not live by yourself or when you are suicidal then going to a psychiatry will make things worse. Why will it become worse? If you were there you will know why. You are a prisoner and they will force their medication into you or kick you out if you don’t take it.
They don’t provide you with real solutions there either. The therapists there got no overview about things because they have too many intoxicated clients there which are hard to help because they are pumped up with a variety of depression medications.
More depression medication than your usual depressed person outside of psychiatries – these people get 3 different depression medications on average (for the brain) – let that sink in my friend. These people are experimental rats…
And it’s not over there – if you are really suicidal then a closed room won’t stop you, I have seen people with bleeding heads getting carried out of their rooms because they bashed their head against the walls.
If you are suicidal and you somehow end up in a psychiatry then you were not serious about suicide in the first place. If you still end up in a psychiatry you can still commit suicide.
You will get pumped full of medication but it won’t prevent you from suicide… I still have another argument. You are forced to spend time with dangerous and crazy people.
I remember going outside to buy some food (I were allowed to because I was a brave young man doing everything they wanted) and I met some guy from the psychiatry there. I asked him why he was there and he said that he chopped someone’s head off with a machete.
What did I say? “What the fuck man, that’s some serious shit” And we went back together to psychiatry – I didn’t want to provoke this guy or make him angry (which was hard to do because he was sedated, he was not himself anymore – a puppet).
3. SSRI Drugs Are Dangerous
Pfizer’s television ad for Zoloft says that “depression is a serious medical condition that MAY be due to a chemical imbalance” May is the key word here. It is not proven that this depression medication helps you…
I got another one for you: “research suggests an important link between depression and an imbalance in SOME of the brain’s chemical messengers. Two neurotransmitters BELIEVED to be involved in depression are serotonin and norepinephrine.” -Effexor
According to Chris Kresser, It is just a theory. It takes a condition like depression and simplifies it down to imbalances between two to three neurotransmitters (out of 100 identified ones) – which can be “corrected” by long-term drug treatment.
Guess how much money this cute theory makes? 12 billion worth of antidepressant drugs each year.
This courageous doctor in the video below (I say courageous because he is actually making statements against big pharma – and that could cost them millions) says that SSRI drugs are dangerous because you become addicted and much more – a must watch.
You will have to increase the dose because your body will build a tolerance and when you try to quit you will go through a withdrawal.
And you know that these drugs are not to be taken likely because they are not proven to help you and secondly they are addictive. Also, what do you do if your brain depends on drugs for serotonin? You know the answer – It will stop creating it.

4. They Will Remember Your Depression
If they know that you go to a therapist you will always be the sensitive person in their eyes and they will start treating you especially careful. The only way to revert this is to achieve something they could not (like building a business).
Or never go to a therapist in the first place – and rather look on the internet for information on how to deal with depression.
But once they know you are depressed people will start to leave you… I bet you already experienced that… Your girlfriend will leave you if you don’t get better and friends will stop inviting you because they want to have fun without walking on eggshells… It just sucks so damn much.
It is impossible for people to respect you when you are weakened from depression…
They all say men have depression because we don’t show our feelings and that we men usually tend to be alone with these problems because we know that showing vulnerability comes with a loss of respect and health. And that is true.
You want to save face and to make that happen you will have to stay anonymous – impossible if you consult a therapist.
5. You Talk With Someone That Lacks Experience
Psychotherapy requires 3 to 6 years of study in a university (at least in Germany). It is very hard to learn and I know someone who finished it. He said that you have to learn math the most. And don’t forget that you have to go to universities which require the highest school degree in Germany.
It requires studying every weekend, no social life, no other life experiences. And inexperienced guys like this that spend most of their time in schools will then tell you how to deal with depression.
If you still want to see a therapist: It must be a man that should never mention depression medication (if he does leave immediately) and he should look healthy and have experience with depression.
Better talk with people that got rid of their depression and even there you have to be careful too.
Most of them will say that depression medication “helped” them (that means that they have changed nothing in their life) – some will say therapy helped them and when you ask them why they will have no arguments.
They don’t even look that happy… look what they wear, what they say, if they are skinny or overweight and if they talk or feel soft “getting angry over sexist jokes for example”.
Avoid these men and talk with people that solved their depression without medication and therapy – their mouths pour gold. And you won’t see that they ever had depression.
6. Women Can Not Help Men
A lot of men go to female psychotherapists. We are not equal. A woman can never ever tell a man how to live a depression free life. Because women do not experience the world like men do (see this video) and the picture below.
A woman is in no way qualified to cure men that suffer from depression. I don’t need to talk about equality or diversity here. She is not a man and lives a different reality than we do – and like most therapists, she got her knowledge from books and not from experience.
No “but, what if” or “fuck you sexist” here – women can not cure “male depression” – PERIOD.
7. You Need to Build Trust First
Would you go to a stranger and tell him your life story outside of your house? It’s insane and perverted when you think about it, you even pay this man/woman to tell them your secrets.
It would be different if you could stay at home and stay anonymous while telling him everything about you. That is only possible with online coaching. Which is, by the way, cheaper and saves much more of your time from the comfort of your home while staying anonymous.
Online coaches are usually more experienced than therapists because they did not study 3/4 parts of their life.
8. They Did Not Swallow the Red Pill
This is the Red Pill (definition from urban dictionary):
“Signifies the recognition of the true nature of female behavior, including her attraction to traits of dominance, preference for men with status, attraction to men who have been pre-selected by other women, and hypergamous nature.
Red Pill men are aware that women are strongly influenced by the culture and that their attraction cues are often outside of their conscious awareness. Increasingly, modern women and especially Western women indulge in one-night stands and short-term relationship in their 20s with alpha males, followed by seeking out a beta male provider in their late 20s and early 30s.
Red Pill men are aware of this phenomenon and develop a sexual strategy to benefit from a woman’s promiscuity as well as avoid the financial peril of marriage. Married men can also be Red Pill, as their awareness helps them handle female shit tests and maintain attraction with their partner.
A man who has taken the Red Pill is committed to self-improvement and adapting to the reality of female behavior whether that be through the application of game in his relationships and/or withdrawing from LTRs.
Taking the Red Pill is typically followed by more success in relationships and interactions with women. Definition end”
Or with other words: Women are not the holy creatures that they say they are – they have perversion like rape fantasies (which is pretty popular by the way), they cheat, steal, murder, and they abuse their manipulative abilities more than men do.
They love jerks because they are dominant and strong, they love nice guys that will not allow any disrespect while being dominant. Nice guys that will do everything for a woman to please her will soon be surprised when their girlfriend tells them that she cheated.
Most men nowadays became so feminine and anti-masculine that they don’t know how to talk with women or how to lead a successful relationship with them. This knowledge is required to live a depression free and masculine life.
The chances that your therapist knows about the red pill are exactly at 0%. Chances that your therapist says that this is anti-women are 100% (because he got no experience with them). Just look at your typical therapist – they look and talk weak.
What happens if you don’t know how to deal with women? Nothing or you get abused. You need to be a strong leader otherwise they will walk all over you. It does not matter if she loves you – she will stop loving you when she recognizes that you are not a mature strong man.
If you know this then I seriously have to congratulate you because 95% of the male population don’t understand the male-female relationship “Who understands women” (even the rich guys).
9. Psychology Will Not Help You
It will do nothing for you, it’s all cheap tricks. Psychology will not fix your problems.
The problem is that society shamed you for being a man, it is not your fault! You just didn’t know better yet. And if you feel bad realizing that you were deceived then that is completely ok. I am here dude *bro hug*.
And even if that is not the case, let’s say you are depressed because someone important died… Not even a psychologist can help here. You need someone to talk in that case. A good friend, your mother, your father… life goes on…
No psychology or depression medication is required to fix the lack of masculinity and testosterone (affiliate link). Self-esteem and confidence will follow once you start to revive your masculinity, no therapy required!
10. It’s Useless for People With Social Anxiety
I don’t know anyone who got their social anxiety cured by a therapist. I had social anxiety and I tried the confrontational therapy and it didn’t help. What helped me was getting into fights.
That might sound ridiculous but talk to people that fight on a regular basis. After you were in a fight everything around you becomes less scary because you faced death or serious injury like a man.
Joining a martial arts gym is not an option. It is a must. You will learn that you can win if you dare to fight and afterwards you will prefer fighting over giving up. Enduring depression is not fighting – that is what clinics and brands out there say to get your money and attention.
Calling you champion for enduring depression while people out there are fighting wars, or work 14 hours per day is pathetic. It prevents you from seeing the truth. You can not improve yourself if you feel content being at home doing nothing because you are a champion anyway.
Get bigger in the gym and you will realize that people are “suddenly” nicer to you, women are more interested in you and you are much calmer because you know if shit hits the fan – you can fight.

- Sign up at your local gym and join a martial arts club (some gyms got both)
- Build your own business and leave the corporate world
- Get rid of toxic people
- Stop taking depression medication like SSRI drugs

Therapy is a waste of time because therapists usually have no life experience and no experience with depression either. Depression medication like SSRI drugs will ruin the production of your own serotonin and you will crave more and more drugs to feel the unproven “effects” of the SSRI’s.
SSRI’s are dangerous and therapy is a waste of time, you don’t need any to beat your depression. A masculine lifestyle and increasing your testosterone levels are the best things you can do.
